John likes to think of himself as a Strategic Advisor. Someone who is a subject matter expert of his domain(s), thinks creatively through the issues, provides multiple solutions and a roadmap that is best fit for his clients. While most lawyers can provide terrific representation, it is those same lawyers who are afraid of change. John embraces it. Changes in technology, pricing of legal services, delivery of legal services, and new competition are here. John and his firm are ready to take on these new challenges and help his clients succeed.
From a substantive point of view, John handles Business, Real Estate, and Estate Planning transactions for the Firm. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, John learned from an early age the importance of small business and its positive impacts on families and its communities. John loves helping others succeed and leverages his business experience with his legal training. John believes his integrity, calm demeanor and friendly personality, and ability to listen make him a great choice for any matter and client.
Prior to kicking off his legal career, John spent several years working in corporate finance and management consulting positions for Fortune 500 companies helping them adapt to change, improve internal/external processes and save money. When John is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, golfing, fishing, surfing, and working on side projects.
Jonathan focuses his practice on Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Specifically, Jon brings several years of experience representing clients across New York in Real Estate Litigation, Commercial Real Estate Purchases & Sales, Residential Real Estate Purchases and Sales, Lease Negotiations, and Plaintiff-Side Foreclosure Proceedings.
