John Snider, Esq. is the managing partner of SNIDER & DRACHLIS, PLLC and head of the firm’s litigation department. John is a tenacious and aggressive litigator who represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of real estate and business matters.

In the real estate practice group, John handles commercial and residential transactions, leasing, financing, land-use and development matters, title and contract disputes. John regularly represents residential and commercial buyers, sellers, landlords, developers, and investors, providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s goals.

John also advises businesses on formation, governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day operational issues. Additionally, John regularly handles matters such as breach of contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, and real estate litigation.

Known for a strategic, detail-oriented approach, he focuses on delivering efficient and effective solutions while protecting clients’ long-term interests. John is committed to clear communication, responsiveness, and results-driven advocacy.
